On 9 September 2013, representatives of the Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Zaporoje Region (RFSE), Ukraine, carried out a working visit to ODIMM.

The meeting discussed topics related to the successful implementation of the project activities. “Regional Business Incubators Network” (Black Sea BI-NET)under the Black Sea Basin Cross-Border Cooperation Programme. The main strands of bilateral collaboration aimed at developing the SME sector in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova were also addressed.

The Black Sea BI-Net project is funded by the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) under the Black Sea Basin Cross-Border Cooperation Programme. The project aims at accelerating the development of a productive and competitive economy in the Black Sea Basin region by creating the network of incubators in the Black Sea Basin, by sharing experiences and knowledge between Business Incubators, and by helping incubated businesses to internationalise. We recall that the official launch of the International Business Incubator Network took place on 21 May in Türkiye and on 19 July in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
