The visit of Armenian officials aimed at studying experience and good practices in the field of labour migration, reintegration of migrants, social protection of migrants as well as existing support programmes in the field.

The Acting Director-General of ODIMM, Petru Gurgurov gave a presentation on the work of the Organisation, with a focus on support programmes aimed at the reintegration of migrants and fostering entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova.
‘We are glad that our experience and success in implementing entrepreneur support programmes attracts interest from other states and we are open to collaboration and the exchange of good practices ", said Petru Gurgurov.
Artak Mangasaryan, Director of the Armenian Employment Service, reiterated that Erevan is studying the experience of other countries in the region facing the migration problem and intends to develop and implement tools to attract and reintegrate migrants and its contribution to the economic development of the country.

At the end of the meeting, the guests appreciated the business activity of ODIMM and the direct contribution to minimising the migration flow from the Republic of Moldova, showing an increased interest in collaboration on mutual exchange of information.
