34 Moldovan entrepreneurs signed grant contracts under the PARE 1 + 1 programme
Tudor Lupascu, Director of the ODIMM Business Advisory and Support Centre, mentioned that signing financing contracts is, for some beneficiaries, a first step in the business start-up process, and for existing entrepreneurs, an opportunity to expand their businesses and export.According to the expert, ODSME consultants are ready to support new entrepreneurs by helping them benefit from other programmes, run by the organisation, such as the GEA programme, a programme providing entrepreneurship education for business people, or the Credit Guarantee Fund, which provides support to entrepreneurs who want to access credit but do not have a pledge, etc.
The Programme for Discharge in the Economy, PARE 1 + 1 ", managed by ODIMM, provides for the mobilisation of human and financial resources of Moldovan migrant workers in the sustainable economic development of the Republic of Moldova by stimulating the establishment and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Under the Programme, entrepreneurs have the possibility to receive a grant of up to RON 200 thousand, based on the “1 + 1” rule, which provides that each leu invested from remittances will be replaced by a leu from the PARE.
