According to Tudor Lupașco, the business plan is the most important information document for the ODSME Committee that will examine the financing applications, on the basis of which the decision to award the grant will be taken, so it must be clear, reasoned and realistic. Another important element in starting the business, according to the ODIMM expert, is the planning process through which financial sources will be distributed for needs. Entrepreneurs need to plan their spending according to priorities, which will also ensure a positive financial outcome.
According to the Regulation on the implementation of the PARE 1 + 1 Programme for the years 2010-2018, applicants registered in the Programme will be required to participate in Component II – “Entrepreneurship training and support”, except for those engaged in entrepreneurial activity and who have not been loss-making during the last 3 years.
