26 February 2025, Chisinau – Government approved the concept of the Integrated Information System of the Public Institution Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship and the Regulation on how to keep information resource up.

The project aims to digitalise internal ODA activity related to the implementation of business support programmes and contains the establishment of the legal framework for the creation and implementation of the Integrated Information System of the Public Institution Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (SIIAODA).

The modernisation of processes will make administrative procedures more efficient and ensure clear records and close monitoring of projects, ensuring the safety and integrity of information.

The development of the System was preceded by preparatory work, through which ODA initiated the digitalisation of internal operational processes and developed certain components of the System. In this context, the expenditure to be incurred will be intended for the completion and maintenance of the System. To this end, approximately 1.2 mln annually will be needed and will be covered under sub-programme 5004 “Sustaining small and medium-sized enterprises”.

Access to finance must be a real opportunity to make ideas a success.

The State is accompanied by entrepreneurs, facilitating access to finance, being an opportunity for business development.In 2024, grants of more than EUR 13 million were provided through ODA, thus providing financing for more than 600 companies.
