Collaboration Agreement between ODA and ACAM on the promotion of the consultancy sector in the Republic of Moldova
28 October 2025, Chisinau Today, the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) and the Association of Business and Management Consultants of the Republic of Moldova (ACAM) signed a Collaborative Agreement. The document strengthens strategic cooperation between the two institutions and supports the development of the business and management consulting sector as well as the entrepreneurial environment in the Republic of Moldova.
The agreement provides for the creation of a collaborative platform between ODA and CAAM. The partnership aims at developing professional skills, training and certification of consultants according to international standards and promoting ethics and quality in the field of advice.
It also aims to strengthen the community of consultants through the creation of a common information platform and the exchange of experience between professionals in the field.
Under the Agreement, ODA and ACAM will organise joint events, conferences and campaigns to promote the profession of consultant and inform entrepreneurs about the benefits of working with certified specialists.
The Parties will also prepare annually a study of the consulting market in the Republic of Moldova to monitor development trends and contribute to the formulation of public policies in the field. Joint projects will also cover topical areas such as digitalisation, green transition and increased competitiveness of SMEs.

In turn, Anatolie Palade, Chair of the ACAM Management Board, mentioned:

The Agreement enters into force once it is signed, to be implemented on the basis of the available resources of both institutions and through coordinated joint action plans on an annual basis.
