Businesswomen are invited to apply for the annual National Female Entrepreneurship Gala Competition

Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODSME) in partnership with Moldovan National Women’s Platform launched the annual National Competition “Feminin Entrepreneurship Gala”carried out on 1-22 November. The aim of the competition is to promote the results of the work of companies founded and run by women.
The objectives of the Competition are to identify and publicly recognise the most talented and successful women, who have achieved outstanding results in various fields of activity, helped to create the right working conditions, and participated in the socio-economic development of the locality in which they operate. The aim is also to promote the positive image of women and to publicise the results achieved by women in various fields.
Nominations:
  • Start of the year – New product on the market
  • Start of the Year – Innovative Start-Up
  • Contribution to society – Corporate Social Responsibility
  • High prize. Entrepreneurship of the Year
Participating enterprises must record outstanding results according to the above mentioned nominations, be registered with the State Registration Chamber and complete registration form.
The winners will be awarded on 25 November 2017 at the third edition of Moldova’s National Women’s Forum with the Generic “Female entrepreneurship – potential for regional development”.
In 2017, ODIMM’s portfolio was complemented by 2 new business support programmes aimed exclusively at women: National Programme – Women in Business Pilot and the project “Business Academy for Women”aimed at boosting the number of companies founded and run by women. Through these programmes, more than 500 women across the country, including the Transnistrian and UTA Gagauzia regions, received advisory, educational and financial assistance.
