A further 13 companies in Moldova receive lei 3.3 million in grants under ODA-managed programmes

The administrators of 13 companies have concluded financing contracts with the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) to obtain grants from the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. The total value of non-repayable loans is lei 3.3 million, while investment in the economy amounts to lei 8 million.
Economic agents accessed grants with a view to equipping companies with performing equipment, facilities to leverage alternative energy sources, as well as in the digitalisation of the activity process. The grants are obtained through the Start for Young Programme, the PAR 1+ 2 Shipment Programme, the Digital Transformation Programme of SMEs, as well as the Greening Programme for Small and Medium Enterprises.
In his speech, Nina Potegy, Deputy Director of the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship, stressed the commitment of the ODA team to support entrepreneurs by providing advice at every stage to the implementation of projects.
‘The ODA team is willing to provide support and guide entrepreneurs towards their objectives so that investment grows rapidly and contributes to a sustainable and prosperous economy“it said Nina Potg.
At the same time, company managers were informed by ODA specialists about the contractual details and modalities of interaction between ODA and beneficiaries to ensure efficient and productive collaboration in the realisation of the projects.
One of the 13 winning companies is S.R.L. “IPSOS-DECOR”, founded by the young entrepreneur Vadim Berioza. The company produces and sells artistic works from ipsos, including the State, sculptures, decorative plates, gardens, vases, decorative shells and architectural elements.
Vadim Berioza obtained a grant of RON 200.000 through the Youth Start Programme. The money will be invested in procuring the high-quality technical equipment and developing the website for company visibility.
We would point out that since the beginning of the year, the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) has registered a total of 205 companies which received grants through various entrepreneurial support programmes. These amounted to lei 93 million, of which over 80 million lei are accounted for by the state budget.
The programmes are financed by the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union through ODA.
