This course is for you if:

  • You already have a business idea and want to launch it, including with the support of ODA programmes;
  • You have more business ideas, but you do not yet know which one to implement;
  • You already have a tried and tested business idea and want to know how to start and organise your business;
  • You want to do business, but you don’t know what product or service to offer, you don’t have an idea of what to start your business, or you may fear that you will lose the money you invest.

What will you learn in this course?

  • How to develop business ideas;
  • How you design and test your business model;
  • How to organise processes and attract people to the team;
  • How you enter the market and make your first sales;
  • How you plan the budget for your business;
  • What are the steps to register the company and what are the obligations of the entrepreneur;
  • How to develop a business plan;
  • How to present your business idea (pitch).

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Test and validate the business idea;
  • Develop the business model for its idea;
  • Identify promotion channels and make first sales;
  • Develop the business plan for its idea, including designing the necessary finances;
  • Present their own business idea;
  • Fill in the application form for ODA support programmes.

Certification

At the end of the training, participants will obtain a certificate enabling them to subsequently participate in the Funding Component of the programmes:

  • Support Programme for Feminin Entrepreneurship
