announce competition for the function of main Specialist in the Implementation Unit of the Programme Increase of Competitiveness and Internationalisation of the HMM within the Programme Beneficiary Relations Department.

ODA has the mission to implement State policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

2. Basic purpose and tasks as per the job description:
Purpose of the function: Implement and develop support instruments aimed at facilitating SMEs’ access to financial resources and strengthening their capacity to increase competitiveness. It aims to make SMEs competitive suppliers to large domestic and international buyers, as well as to identify profitable business opportunities.
Basic tasks according to the job description:
— Ensure the process of developing the skills and capabilities profiles of companies to be promoted among potential buyers
— Ensure the creation of the local business capacity database and the coordination of business development services in particular the advice that national and international service providers/experts will provide to companies in establishing and strengthening links with local and foreign partners.
— Developing partnerships with business institutions/organisations to develop and implement support instruments and facilitate the integration of the HMM in international value chains as suppliers;
— Active participation in the organisation of events, forums, B2B sessions for SMEs, both in the country and abroad;
— Receipt and verification of files accepted for financing;
— The preparation, preparation, amendment and approval of legislative acts related to state programmes;
— To assess and review the confirmatory documents on the realisation of investments;
— To participate in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals implementing state programmes and other legislative acts in the subdivision’s areas of competence;
— Performance of tasks related to the activity of the subdivision.
3. Type of employment:
Indefinite period.
4. Conditions of application:
— Tertiary licensing studies in the fields of: economic, technical, legal, international relations;
— Minimum 2 years working experience in the field;
— Know Romanian;
— Know English level B2;
— In the course of the activity in previous jobs, it has not infringed the provisions of Article 7(2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except when the person first falls within the labour force;
— Is not deprived of the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a particular activity in those functions and activities.

6. Institution’s employment regime:
40 hours/week.
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, mass break: 12.00-13.00.
