Competition for the function of senior specialist in the PRIMA house compliance assessment section, FGC
IPODA is tasked with implementing the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.
1. Name and legal seat of the institution: Public institution The Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship, mun. Chișinău, str. Albișoara, 38, MD 2005.
2. Basic purpose and tasks as per the job description:
Purpose of the function: Ensure the process of issuing, monitoring and enforcing the state guarantees for loans requested by individuals under the “First Home Plus” programme.
Basic tasks according to the job description:
— Examination of guarantee applications in accordance with the criteria laid down:
— Ensuring the issuance of financial guarantees;
— Ensuring communication of corrective measures;
— To participate in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals implementing state programmes and other legislative acts in the subdivision’s areas of competence;
— Performance of tasks related to the activity of the subdivision.
3. Type of employment
Indefinite period;
4. Conditions of application:
— Tertiary licensing studies in the fields of: economy, finance and banks;
Experience in the banking field and/or 3-year non-bank lending organisations;
Experience in analysing applications for bank products to individuals for a minimum of 2 years;
Experience in drafting internal regulations (operational manuals, instructions, procedures, strategies, guidelines, etc.);
— Work experience in collecting data, drafting reports and/or reporting systems.
— Know Romanian;
— Aware of English (consisting of an advantage);
— In the course of the activity in previous jobs, it has not infringed the provisions of Article 7(2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except when the person first falls within the labour force;
— Is not deprived of the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a particular activity in those functions and activities.

6. Institution’s employment regime:
40 hours/week.
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, mass break: 12.00-13.00.
