The Public Institution publishes the Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship shall announce competition for the function of: senior specialist in the Compliance and Pre-financing Risks Directorate
IPODA is tasked with implementing the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.
1. Name and legal seat of the institution: Public institution The Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship, mun. Chișinau, str. Albișoara, 38, MD 2005.
2. Name of position for which the competition is organised: senior specialist in the Compliance and Pre-financing Risks Directorate.
3. Basic purpose and tasks as per the job description:
Purpose of the function: The achievement of the institution’s objectives for the implementation of State programmes at the pre-financing stage through conformity and risk assessment.
Basic tasks according to the job description:
— Assessment of the pre-financing of files in order to match applicants and investment projects with the objectives/priorities of the state programmes;
— Drawing up fact sheets for the examination of the files of the support applicants under the State programmes;
— To participate in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals implementing state programmes and other legislative acts in the subdivision’s areas of competence;
— Performance of tasks related to the activity of the subdivision.

5. Conditions of application:
— Tertiary licensing studies in the fields of: economic, technical;
— Work experience in this field is at least 1 years;
— Know Romanian;
— Aware of intermediate/advanced English (consisting of an advantage);
— In the course of the activity in previous jobs, it has not infringed the provisions of Article 7(2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except when the person first falls within the labour force;
— Is not deprived of the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a particular activity in those functions and activities.

7. Institution’s employment regime:
40 hours/week.
Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17.30, grassland: 12.00-13.00.
