One of the most striking trends in the economic and non-economic field is the internationalisation and globalisation of business. Business internationalisation is the set of methods, techniques and tools used to support an organisation's strategic approach to operating abroad. As a result of following the modules in this training component, representatives of the SME sector will be able to develop a business growth plan, design a business development strategy, and plan budgets for implementing business expansion and internationalisation activities.

The aim of the Programme

The objective of the programme is for representatives of the SME sector to develop a business expansion and improvement plan, design a business development strategy, and plan budgets to implement business expansion and internationalisation activities.

Who can participate in the modules of this component

  • MSE managers with an economic activity of 2 years and more;
  • Employees of the MSEs responsible for export-import activity;
  • SME financial managers;
  • The company's strategic development manager.
