Start in Business
This course is for you if:
- You already have a business idea and want to launch it, including with the support of ODA programmes;
- You have several business ideas, but you don't yet know which one to implement;
- You already have a tested business idea and want to know how to launch and organise your business;
- You want to go into business but don't know what product or service to offer, have no idea what to start with, or maybe you're afraid of losing the money you've invested.
What will you learn in this course?
- How to generate business ideas;
- How to design and test the business model;
- How to organise processes and attract people to the team;
- How to go to market and make your first sales;
- How to plan the budget for your business;
- What are the steps to register your company and what are the obligations of the entrepreneur;
- How to develop a business plan;
- How to make a pitch.

At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- To test and validate the business idea;
- Develop the business model for his/her idea;
- Identify promotion channels and make first sales;
- Develop the business plan for their idea, including projecting the necessary finances;
- Present their own business idea;
- Complete the application form for ODA support programmes.

Rules of participation
Class attendance - no less than 60%;
In online sessions, video camera connection is mandatory. Lack of video connection will be treated as absence.
