This course is for you if:

  • You already have a business idea and want to launch it, including with the support of ODA programmes;
  • You have several business ideas, but you don't yet know which one to implement;
  • You already have a tested business idea and want to know how to launch and organise your business;
  • You want to go into business but don't know what product or service to offer, have no idea what to start with, or maybe you're afraid of losing the money you've invested.

What will you learn in this course?

  • How to generate business ideas;
  • How to design and test the business model;
  • How to organise processes and attract people to the team;
  • How to go to market and make your first sales;
  • How to plan the budget for your business;
  • What are the steps to register your company and what are the obligations of the entrepreneur;
  • How to develop a business plan;
  • How to make a pitch.

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • To test and validate the business idea;
  • Develop the business model for his/her idea;
  • Identify promotion channels and make first sales;
  • Develop the business plan for their idea, including projecting the necessary finances;
  • Present their own business idea;
  • Complete the application form for ODA support programmes.

Certification

At the end of the training participants will obtain a certificate that will allow them to participate in the Funding Component of the programmes at a later stage:

  • Start for Youth
  • PARE 1+2
  • Women in Business

Nota bene!

Rules of participation

  1. Class attendance - no less than 60%;

  2. In online sessions, video camera connection is mandatory. Lack of video connection will be treated as absence.

  3. Compliance with the rules of organization of the training;

  4. Practical involvement in the course.

She coordinates institutional communication and creates original educational content, authoring specialized articles and teaching materials. She promotes applied learning through modern, interactive methods tailored to market realities.

Trainer and professor of economic disciplines with over 9 years of experience in education and professional training. She has contributed to the development of participants in programs such as “Leadership for Entrepreneurship” and “1C: Accounting,” as well as in training future accountants and economic specialists. A graduate with a master’s degree in economic sciences and a certified trainer, she is passionate about promoting financial education, entrepreneurship, and modern teaching methods.
