Duration of training: 16 academic hours

What will you learn in this module?

  1. Financial planning: expenses, revenues, cash flow, costs, and break-even point;
  2. Budget – a planning and control tool:
    2.1. The budget as a management tool;
    2.2. Budget planning methods;
    2.3. Budget monitoring methods;
    2.4. Analysis of budget deviations and justification of corrective decisions;
  3. Financial reports. Analysis of financial reports;
  4. Performance indicators (profitability, liquidity, investment evaluation, and financing);
  5. Business tax planning (taxes and duties).

At the end of the module you will be able to:

  • Formulate the financial objectives of the enterprise;
  • Interpret the information contained in financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow) and conclude the impact of management decisions on the financial performance of the enterprise;
  • Evaluate the financial indicators of the enterprise: liquidity - solvency - profitability of the organisation, performance management through budgetary control (linking the budget to the objectives of the organisation and coordinating the budgetary process);
  • Understand the services and products offered by the bank, such as: payment services, business financing products (types of loans and how to access them), investment products (deposits and other investment instruments offered by the bank);
  • Define working capital management policies (optimising the "CASH-MARKET-MONEY" cycle by controlling stocks, creditors, debtors.

Nota bene!

At the end of the training module participants will obtain certificates of participation. Certificates are offered to participants who have a minimum 60% participation margin in the training courses.
