This program is funded by the Government of the Republic of Moldova.

The program aims to stimulate startups in digital innovation, green technologies, and sustainable production to increase the economic competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova.

Measure 1: Grants for startups with annual turnover up to 5.000.000 lei

Measure 2: Grants for startups with annual turnover up to 25.000.000 lei

Applications are evaluated in order of submission, within available budget limits.
The number of funded applications depends on total submissions and average grant size.

• promotion of the development of high value-added industries within an innovation ecosystem, through the involvement of stakeholders representing the Government, small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter – SMEs), civil society, the academic environment, financial institutions and local and international development partners;
• acceleration of the implementation of the digital, circular and green economy, through technological progress, in order to stimulate the creation of attractive jobs;
• facilitation of entrepreneurship to test new ideas and expand innovations by granting non-reimbursable grants to entrepreneurs;
• establishment of an alternative mechanism for financing innovation and business development for startups with high potential in the field of digital innovation, information and communication technologies, green technologies and sustainable production;
• attraction of investments for startups with scalable growth potential in sectors and industries with high value added;
• improvement of the performance of grant beneficiaries through mentoring, monitoring and support activities, carried out in partnership with профиль associations;

Non-reimbursable financial support within the Program can be accessed in compliance with the following conditions:

Measure 1: The maximum value of the non-reimbursable financing provided under this stage will amount to 500,000 MDL.

The beneficiary’s contribution will amount to a minimum of 20% of the value of the investment project.

Measure 2: The maximum value of the non-reimbursable financing provided under this stage will amount to 2,000,000 MDL.

The beneficiary’s contribution will amount to a minimum of 50% of the value of the investment project.
The minimum value of the grant requested under Measure 2 is – 700,000 MDL.
