Component II "Support for start-up businesses"

Are you a woman, have a registered company from 0 to 2 years old and need funding? 

Apply to the Small Grants Competition to benefit from non-reimbursable funding of up to 165,000 lei. 

✔ Amount of 165 thousand lei

✔ The applicant's contribution is 10%

✔ Money is provided for machinery, equipment and development services.

✔ Submission of investment projects is online.

The eligibility criteria, the provisions of the Competition, as well as other details on the running of the Competition are described in the Extract from the Operational Manual of the Women in Business Programme -  

The attached documents are to be signed by qualified advanced electronic signature and attached to the given form. 

In order to be aware and to be able to complete the electronic application form in an operational way you can download the .doc version of the Application Form to prepare the necessary answers and documents:

  1. The application form including annexes on investments and financial forecasts;
    • Application form 
    • Excel attachments (Complete the tables on all pages)
  2. Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietorships / Extract from the Register of Peasant Households (not more than 3 months up to date before applying to the Programme)
  3. Documents of establishment of the enterprise: Decision of registration of the legal entity / Registration form of the peasant household
  4. Identity card of the administrator and founders
  5. Certificate issued by the bank regarding the bank account
  6. Application for participation in the Funding Component;
  7. Affidavit of compliance with the original of the documents provided (complete the list of documents attached to the Form, which are scanned/copied from the original);
  8. Certificate on the absence or existence of debts to the state budget or complete the Declaration
  9. Declaration of receipt of State aid from other support programmes
  10. Licence and/or Authorisation (if according to the legislation in force it is expressly required to license the activity carried out)
  11. Financial situation of the enterprise during the last 1-2 years of activity or since the establishment of the enterprise (if applicable)
  12. Title deed for the premises/land where the business activity is carried out (lease/ commodatum/rental)
  13. Other relevant documents to describe the business (e.g. offers, contracts, etc.) (if applicable)
