ODA is continuously receiving business plans for obtaining non-reimbursable financing of up to 750 thousand lei through the Programme for Attracting Remittances to the Economy PARE 1+2

The entrepreneurship education stage is mandatory for companies that are less than 3 years old. After completing the training, beneficiaries of the Programme can access non-reimbursable funding in two stages:

  1. In the first stage, non-reimbursable funding will be granted based on the "1+1 Rule", i.e. each leu invested from remittances will be matched by one leu from the Programme and the maximum grant amount will not exceed 250 000 lei.
  2. Beneficiaries who have successfully implemented the investment project in the first stage and intend to increase their production capacity, diversify their products, expand into new markets can apply for the second stage. The non-reimbursable financing will constitute a maximum of 67% of the amount of the investment project, but will not exceed 500 000 lei, and the beneficiary's contribution will constitute a minimum of 33%.

The ODA is continuously receiving investment projects for access to non-reimbursable funding through the Greening of the ÎMM Programme. The maximum grant amount is up to 500 thousand lei. The own contribution is minimum 30%.

For the Grant Competition, companies that have been active in the market for up to 2 years and have completed the mandatory entrepreneurial training courses under the Greening the WMI Programme are eligible. For businesses that have been active for more than 2 years, training is optional.

ODA is continuously receiving investment projects for accessing non-reimbursable financing through the "SME Growth and Internationalization Program" (linked to https://www.oda.md/ro/granturi/internationalizare) . The maximum amount that can be accessed currently under the program is 600 000 lei (World Bank sources) for the purchase of business development services, machinery, equipment, facilities.

Note: A maximum of 45% of the value of the investment project excluding VAT will be granted for equipment, machinery, installations, but not more than 270 000 lei. The minimum own contribution is 50%.

The ODA receives applications for compensation of expenses incurred by patent holders. From 1 July to 31 August 2023, the Entrepreneurship Development Organisation will receive applications for compensation from patent holders who are becoming self-employed. The request for compensation of up to 10,000 lei per beneficiary is made by submitting a standard online application for compensation, accompanied by supporting documents on the expenses incurred, using the electronic form which can be filled in here: https://compensare.oda.md
